Danièle Delorme

After studying music at the Paris Conservatory, Daniele Delorme made her screen acting debut while still as teenager in "Felicie Nanteuil" (1942). She received attention for her starring role in the original French version of "Gigi" (1948). Delorme went on to grace numerous other films before turning to producing in the early 1960s, often with husband-director Yves Robert. Their first joint effort was "The War of the Buttons" (1962). In the 70s, she enjoyed a success with the French comedy "Pardon Mon Affaire" (1976). She has remained active in films as both actor and producer into the 90s.
