Daniel Zovatto
Born in Costa Rica, actor Daniel Zovatto relocated to New York City when he decided his true calling was to be an actor. Zovatto initially pursued theater, and worked locally before being cast in some small independent film efforts and relocating again to Los Angeles. Zovatto's first feature film role came in the 2013 movie "Beneath." The movie follows a group of high school seniors celebrating their graduation with a boat excursion who fall prey to attack by a man-eating fish. That same year Zovatto was featured in another thriller, "Innocence" (2013), about a young woman who finds out that her fancy private school is hiding a sinister secret. In 2014 Zovatto was featured on the TV series "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D" (ABC 2013-), and the quarter-life-crisis dramedy "Laggies" (2014), starring Keira Knightley. Zovatto followed this effort with the role of Greg Hannigan in the David Robert Mitchell horror movie "It Follows" (2015). The dark, unsettling movie was a critical and commercial hit. Zovatto followed it up with his highest-profile TV role, on the final season of the crime drama "Revenge" (ABC 2011-15).
