Daniel Clark

Actor Daniel Clark, known primarily for his role on the teen drama "Degrassi: The Next Generation," launched his professional career with a featured role as enchanted young teacup Chip in a 1997 production of the stage musical "Beauty and the Beast." That success garnered Chicago native Clark an agent, and soon, a series regular part on NBC's spooky sci-fi mystery series "Eerie, Indiana: The Other Dimension." Clark followed-up with minor roles on kid-oriented TV fare like "I Was a Sixth Grade Alien," then made his feature film debut in the '99 indie adventure "Grizzly Falls," portraying a boy lost in the Canadian wilderness who must bond with a mama grizzly bear in order to make his way home. He also appeared in the ABC TV-movie "Model Behavior" with singer-actor Justin Timberlake, then in '01 joined the talented "Degrassi" cast as resident bad boy Sean Cameron, a rebel with a penchant for fistfights and fast cars. After a two-year hiatus from the show, Clark returned for two eventful seasons in the life of Sean Cameron, and then the actor departed again, to study business and politics as a student at New York University. Between attending college and stints on "Degrassi," Clark found time to play another high school rebel in the Oscar-winning comedy "Juno."
