Daisy Tahan was a big screen film actress known for powerful performances. Tahan started her entertainment career by acting in comedies like "Synecdoche, New York" (2008) with Philip Seymour Hoffman, "Then She Found Me" (2008) with Helen Hunt and Bette Midler and "Motherhood" (2009) with Uma Thurman and Minnie Driver. Tahan worked in television around the start of her acting career with a role on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). Tahan focused on television in more recent years, appearing on "Nurse Jackie" (2009-2015), "Royal Pains" (USA, 2009-2016) and "Blue Bloods" (CBS, 2010-). She also had roles in film during these years, including roles in the drama "Once More with Feeling" (2009) with Lauren Bittner and the Robert De Niro smash hit comedy sequel "Little Fockers" (2010). Tahan took on film roles in more recent years, appearing in the dramatic adaptation "The Other Woman" (2011) with Natalie Portman, the drama "Molly's Theory of Relativity" (2013) with Sophia Takal and the Jessica Chastain crime drama "A Most Violent Year" (2014). She also appeared in the crime thriller "Blood Ties" (2014) with Clive Owen. Most recently, Tahan acted in "The Nice Guys" (2016).
