Ciccio Ingrassia
Ciccio Ingrassia was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Ingrassia kickstarted his acting career in various films such as "Dr. Goldfoot & the Girl Bombs" (1966) with Vincent Price, the Buster Keaton comedy "War Italian Style" (1966) and "Don Chisciotte e Sancio Panza" (1969). He also appeared in "Due Gattoni a Nove Code... e Mezza ad Amsterdam" (1971) and "I Due Figli di Trinita" (1971). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the seventies and the eighties, appearing in the fantastical drama "Amarcord" (1974) with Pupella Maggio, "Lieto Fine" (1983) and "Le Grand embouteillage" (1988). He also appeared in "La Boheme" (1989). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the Massimo Troisi historical love story "The Voyage of Captain Fracassa" (1990), the drama "Viaggio d'amore" (1990) with Omar Sharif and the comedy "Condominium" (1991) with Carlo Delle Piane. He also appeared in "Domani Accadra" (1994) with Paolo Hendel. Ingrassia more recently acted in the comedy "Waiters" (1995) with Paolo Villaggio.
