Christopher Backus
Christopher Backus got his start in the world of acting at the ripe age of 17. At the beginning of his acting career, Backus appeared in various dramas like "The O.C." (Fox, 2002-07) and "Life on Mars" (ABC, 2008-09). He also acted in various film roles at the time, appearing in "3 Days Gone" (2008). He continued to work steadily in television dramas throughout the early 2000s and the 2010s, appearing on "Sons of Anarchy" (FX, 2008-2015) and "The Mentalist" (CBS, 2008-2015). He also landed a role in the miniseries "The Last Templar" (2008-09). As his entertainment career progressed, he appeared in "Hard Breakers" (2011) with Sophie Monk. He held additional roles in television including a part on "Perception" (TNT, 2011-14). He also acted in films like "Elevator" (2012) with John Getz and the Dakota Johnson dramedy "Chloe & Theo" (2015). He also was featured in the TV movies "Road Trip" (Lifetime, 2012-13) and "Deliverance Creek" (Lifetime, 2014-15). Most recently, Backus acted on "Underground" (WGN America, 2015-). Backus was married to Mira Sorvino.
