Catherine McCord
Kentucky native Catherine McCord has enjoyed a diverse career encompassing modeling, acting, and managing a cooking website. As a teen, a friend encouraged her to participate in a local modeling contest, which would prove to be the beginning of a string of successes. At the age of fifteen, McCord was discovered by Elite Models Management and she went on to win the company's competitive "Look of the Year" award. From there, her life took a glamorous turn, and she found herself spending summers in Paris and New York while she modeled for Victoria's Secret, Calvin Klein, and other big-name designers. Naturally, McCord embraced offers to appear on television, landing roles as reporter on "Extra!" and a co-host on MTV's "Loveline" with Dr. Drew and Adam Carolla. McCord has played small roles in many feature films, among them the Farrelly Brothers' 2003 comedy "Stuck on You" starring Matt Damon, the 2005 thriller "Derailed" starring Clive Owen and Jennifer Aniston, and Kevin Smith's 2011 horror film "Red State" starring John Goodman. Acting has always remained secondary to her true passion, however: food and cooking. She enrolled at the Institute for Culinary Education in Manhattan in 2002. In 2007, she founded Weelicious, a website that provides nutritious but fun recipes for parents to serve their children.
