Carol Locatell
Actress Carol Locatell appeared in a variety of films over the course of her Hollywood career. In her early acting career, Locatell appeared in such films as the Adam Roarke crime feature "This Is a Hijack" (1973), the Pam Grier action film "Coffy" (1973) and the Burt Reynolds action movie "Sharky's Machine" (1981). She also appeared in "Paternity" (1981) with Burt Reynolds and the Burt Reynolds comedy "Best Friends" (1982). Locatell also contributed music to "The Rose" (1979). Her film career continued throughout the eighties and the nineties in productions like the horror sequel "Friday the 13th - A New Beginning" (1985) with Melanie Kinnaman and the comedic drama "The Daytrippers" (1997) with Hope Davis. Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "The Bad Seed" (ABC, 1984-85). She also appeared in the TV special "The Flamingo Kid" (ABC, 1988-89). Most recently, Locatell acted on "Battle Creek" (CBS, 2014-15). Carol Locatell died on April 11, 2023 at the age of 82.
