Carmen Osbahr
Beloved actress Carmen Osbahr captivated audiences with her various roles in television movies and specials. Osbahr worked on a variety of projects during her early entertainment career, including "CityKids" (ABC, 1992-93), "Sesame Street Stays Up Late!
