Camren Bicondova
At only 15 years old, Carmen Bicondova took on one of the superhero world's most beloved and riveting characters: Catwoman. With only a few prior acting projects under her belt-having dominated her career with musical endeavors like "America's Best Dance Crew" (MTV 2008-2012)-the greenhorn performer snagged a central role in the Batman prequel series "Gotham" (Fox 2014-), playing a young Selina Kyle. Bicondova was born in San Diego, California. After a one-time appearance on the Disney Channel series "Shake It Up" (Disney 2010-13) in 2011, she landed her first feature role thanks to director and record producer Chris Stokes, who discovered Bicondova and opted to cast her in his dance film "Battlefield America" (2012). Prior to the film's release, the viewing public got a taste of her dancing skills on "America's Best Dance Crew," on which she performed with the group 8 Flavahz. That same year, she honed her dancing abilities with the New York-based dancing program The Pulse on Tour, and appeared in the music video for Ciara's "Got Me Good." Following another small role in the horror film "Girlhouse" (2014), Bicondova earned her first focal acting role, joining Fox's Batman origin story series "Gotham" as a teenaged incarnation of the iconic DC Comics character Selina Kyle, better known as Catwoman.
