Brian James
Brian James worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. To break into the world of acting, James held roles in films like "On the Beach" (1959) with Gregory Peck, "Between Wars" (1974) starring Corin Redgrave and "The Fourth Wish" (1976) starring John Meillon. He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "Flambards" (PBS, 1979-1980). James also contributed music to the Anthony Michael Hall comedy "Weird Science" (1985). In the eighties, James's music continued to appear on the silver screen, including in films like "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2" (1986) with Dennis Hopper, "North Shore" (1987) with Matt Adler and "The Hidden" (1987) with Michael Nouri. During the latter half of his career, he continued to act in the thriller "Ground Zero" (1988) with Colin Friels and the John Cusack comedy "Tapeheads" (1988). James's music was most recently used in "What We Do is Secret" (2008). He held additional roles in television including a part on "Walker, Texas Ranger" (CBS, 1992-2001). James also contributed music to the drama "Abracadabra" (1993) with Clementine Celarie.
