A woman must help the earthbound spirit of a soldier who appears not to realize he is dead.

When the BAU goes against a gang of serial-killing bank robbers in Washington, D.C., the team tries to negotiate the situation unfolding inside the bank, but the stakes rise when one of their own becomes a hostage.

A major shootout leaves two patrol cops and an 18-year-old neo-Nazi dead, with lots of unanswered questions as to what happened and who else might have been involved. The investigation is made all the more difficult by the involvement of Captain Sharon Raydor (recurring guest star MARY McDONNELL) of Force Investigation Division, which is responsible for looking into shooting incidents involving officers.

Flynn is excited to team up with his Librarian hero, Darrington Dare, to take down an ancient and powerful enemy let loose in the modern day; Darrington leaves the Librarians with a dire warning that there can only be one Librarian, or else a new 'Dark Ages' may fall.
