Boz Scaggs
Boz Scaggs brought his musical talents to a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Scaggs worked on a variety of projects during his early entertainment career, including "Austin City Limits" (PBS, 1974-2015), "Fillmore" (1972) starring Bill Graham and "Good Vibrations From Central Park" (ABC, 1970-71). He also contributed to "Saturday Night Live" (NBC, 1975-), "Two of A Kind" with John Travolta (1983) and "Urban Cowboy" (1980) starring John Travolta. Scaggs focused on television in more recent years, appearing on "ABC in Concert" (ABC, 1990-98) and "Ally McBeal" (Fox, 1997-2002). He also contributed to a variety of television specials, including "Texas 150: A Celebration Special" (1985-86), "The Concert For the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" (HBO, 1995-96) and "After New Year's Eve" (ABC, 1997-98). He also played parts in television during these years, including roles in "ABC in Concert" (ABC, 1990-98) and "Ally McBeal" (Fox, 1997-2002). Scaggs also created music for the Sylvester Stallone crime feature "Cop Land" (1997). Scaggs's music was also a part of "The Devil's Own" (1997), "Zodiac" (2007) and "Warrior" (2011). His music was also featured in the dramedy "Joyful Noise" (2012) with Queen Latifah and the Chris Rock comedy "Top Five" (2014). Scaggs's music was most recently used in the comedy "The D Train" (2015) with Jack Black.
