Blake Heron
William Blake Heron was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. He also was featured in the miniseries "Andersonville" (1995). Heron launched his entertainment career by acting in films like the dramatic adaptation "Tom and Huck" (1995) with Jonathan Taylor Thomas. He also starred in the TV movies "Don't Look Back" (HBO, 1995-96) and "Journey of the Heart" (CBS, 1996-97). During these years, he also worked in film, earning a part in the Michael Moriarty family adventure "Shiloh" (1997). Heron focused on film in more recent years, appearing in the Mel Gibson action flick "We Were Soldiers" (2002), the Adam La Vorgna comedic drama "Blast" (2003) and the Ben Foster drama "11:14" (2004). He also appeared in "Dandelion" (2005). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Justified" (FX, 2009-2015). Heron most recently acted on "NCIS: New Orleans" (CBS, 2014-).
