Barry Tubb

A prolific actor, Barry Tubb made a name for himself in dramatic film. Tubb began his acting career by debuting in films like "Mask" (1985) with Cher and Sam Elliott, "The Legend of Billie Jean" (1985) with Helen Slater and Keith Gordon and the Tom Cruise hit "Top Gun" (1986). He also appeared in the TV movie "Consenting Adult" (ABC, 1984-85). He had an early role on the television special "The Wide Net" (PBS, 1986-87). He also was featured in the miniseries "The Billionaire Boys Club" (1987-88). He continued to act in productions like "Warm Summer Rain" (1989), "Valentino Returns" (1989) and the period drama "Guilty By Suspicion" (1991) with Robert De Niro. He also appeared in "We Met on the Vineyard" (1999). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the drama "The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada" (2005) with Tommy Lee Jones and the Melinda Renna dramedy "Baghdad, Texas" (2009). He also was featured in the TV movie "Temple Grandin" (HBO, 2009). He held additional roles in television including a part on "Friday Night Lights" (NBC, 2006-2011). Most recently, Tubb acted in "Two Step" (2015) with Beth Broderick.
