Baron Vaughn
Comedian and actor Baron Vaughn was born in the town of Portales, New Mexico. An alumnus of Boston University, Vaughn was classically trained as an actor. Vaughn's debut on the small screen came in 2006 when he was cast in an episode of "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" (CBS, 2001-2011). He followed this performance up with an appearance on the web series "The Burg" (2006) and the web-based comedy "The Gamekillers" (MTV, 2007). In 2008 Vaughn appeared in a small role in the epic disaster movie "Cloverfield", in which a nightmarish creature destroys New York City. In 2009 Vaughn appeared in the movie "Black Dynamite," a faux-blaxploitation comedy directed by Scott Sanders. In 2011 Vaughn was cast as Leonardo Prince in the USA Original series "Fairly Legal" (2011-12). He appeared in 23 episodes in the show's first season. In 2014, Vaughn appeared as Zeke in the IFC original series "Comedy Bang! Bang!" (2012-). The next year, Vaughn provided the voice for Thomas in the animated series "TripTank" (Comedy Central, 2014-). The next year it was announced that Vaughn would appear as Nwabudike Bergstein in the Netflix original series "Grace & Frankie" (2015-). In addition to his work as an actor Vaughn hosted a philosophy podcast called "Deep S##! With Baron Vaughn."
