It’s 1995 and 11-year-old hip-hop loving Eddie Huang has just moved with his family from Chinatown in Washington D.C. to suburban Orlando. They quickly discover things are very different there. Orlando doesn’t even have a Chinatown -- unless you count the Huang house.
The gang decides to turn the dojo into a daycare center, which goes well until a baby escapes!
Hank flashes back to turbulent times with Karen, a confused young Becca and their days with a happier Charlie and Marcy. Hank’s run-in with a nun helps him put things into perspective.
