Arthur Burghardt
Arthur Burghardt worked on a variety of projects during his entertainment career. He also appeared in the TV movie "Siege" (CBS, 1977-78). He had an early role on the television special "I Love Liberty" (ABC, 1981-82). Burghardt began his entertainment career acting in films like the Faye Dunaway dramatic comedy "Network" (1976). Burghardt also brought characters to life with his vocal talents in "Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo" (ABC, 1979-1986). After that, Burghardt moved on to lend his vocal talents for roles in films like the animated movie "Gobots: Battle of the Rock Lords" (1986) with Margot Kidder and "Transformers - The Movie" (1986) with Leonard Nimoy. Burghardt's more recent roles included the Forest Whitaker action movie "A Rage in Harlem" (1991), the Harley Jane Kozak comedy "The Favor" (1994) and the dramatic adventure "Star Kid" (1998) with Joseph Mazzello. He also appeared in "Killjoy" (1999). Burghardt's distinctive voice can be heard on "Tom and Jerry Kids Show" (Fox, 1990-94). Most recently, Burghardt acted on "Los Luchadores" (Fox, 2000-01).
