Valentine's Day finds Niles, Frasier, Martin and Daphne on three very different kinds of dates.

Doug and Carrie start going to church after an uncomfortable encounter with their priest and when Carrie's prayer for a raise is answered, she gets a little carried away and starts praying for such trivial matters as a shoe sale. Doug learns of Carrie's petty prayers and confronts her, but she then catches him using his prayers for a New York Jets victory. Meanwhile, while Doug and Carrie are out, Arthur holds an open house because a Realtor tells him it's a "seller's market."

The NCIS team is called to the scene of a bizarre murder of a Petty Officer who was part of an undercover arms operation.
