Samantha tries unsuccessfully to make her own dress for an affair at the home of an agency client, J.T. Glendon. Whisking Samantha to Paris, Endora takes her to the showroom of Aubert, a couturier who has failed in his attempts to break into the American market. Back home, Samantha uses magic to duplicate an Aubert original. Doris, J.T,'s wife admires the dress. Suddenly. Samantha finds herself committed to making dresses for Doris, J.T.'s sister, Ethel, and Gladys Kravitz.

Thanks to the well-intentioned bumbling of Mrs. Brown (Pamela Britton), the trash collector picks up Martin's spaceship for scrap. This sends Martin (Ray Walton) and Tim (Bill Bixby) on a desperate search for the missing vehicle, which is Martin's only possible means of transportation back to his own planet. With the help of an eyewitness--a dog!--our two heroes trace the ship to an amusement park, where it has been converted into a most exotic carousel.

Betty goes undercover at a rehabilitation center for substance abuse addicts to investigate a suspicious death and discovers a sinister scheme where they administer dangerous drugs that keep patients coming back.

Kitty Allbright is a nurse who joins the wagon train. She soon becomes concerned about the people's poor sanitation habits.

Tom (Bill Bixby) discovers that Eddie (Brandon Cruz) is upset because a bully named Joey (Jody Foster) is always beating him up at school. When Tom unexpectedly finds out that Joey is a girl-- albeit a tough tomboy, who has no mother, but a loving father (David Ketchum) who doesn't know how to cope with her--he invites the two over for a visit. Mrs. Livingston (Miyoshi Umeki) offers Joey some pointers in being a lady. The results are a surprise to everyone, including Eddie.
