While Bravo Team is on a special reconnaissance mission abroad, they are diverted to protect a group of American engineers and the dam they are constructing from a terrorist attack. The rules of engagement raise the level of danger, as the team is not permitted to use their weapons unless the enemy fires first.

Natalie becomes the new lotto girl in California, and Mr. Monk finds himself a little jealous of Natalie's fame. She is embroiled in a scandal when the lotto machine is discovered to be rigged. Malcolm Barrett guest stars.

The CSIs are floored when Sheldon Hawkes is apprehended during an early morning run as the primary suspect in a bartender's murder. While he maintains his innocence, Mac and the team grow increasingly frustrated when they are removed from the investigation for fear they'll contaminate the evidence. With a mountain of evidence stacked against him, the team works tirelessly on their own to piece together the clues that will hopefully prove Hawkes' innocence. (TV-14)

Samantha investigates the case of a woman with amnesia who may not only be a missing person but a murderer. Meanwhile, Jack's father, Frank, who is battling Alzheimer's disease, no longer has the will to live as his condition grows increasingly worse, and Jack feels that he has no choice but to have his father declared incompetent so he can get the treatment he needs.
