Annette Frier
Annette Frier, who has a background in classical theater, began her film and television career with guest-starring roles and made-for-TV movies. She also played the recurring character "Vivi" Andraschek in the German soap opera "Hinter Gittern -- Der Frauenknast" during the late 1990s. Many more television roles followed, including a stint as co-host of the sketch program "Die Wochenshow," which showed off Frier's knack for comedy. By the mid-2000s she was headlining "Sex & More," a comedy with dramatic undertones, and toward the end of the decade starred to great critical acclaim in "Danni Lowinski," a dramedy about a lawyer forced to take on highly unusual cases.
