Andrew Cruickshank
The world of cinema took a real shine to British-born actor Andrew Cruickshank, who appeared in a number of films throughout his Hollywood career. Cruickshank's career beginnings included film roles in "The Reluctant Widow" (1950), the Laurence Olivier dramatic adaptation "Richard III" (1955) and "The Pursuit of the Graf Spee" (1956). He went on to act in the dramatic adaptation "The Story of Esther Costello" (1957) with Joan Crawford, the adaptation "Kidnapped" (1960) with Peter Finch and the Charlton Heston dramatic biopic "El Cid" (1961). He also appeared in the comedy adventure "Come Fly With Me" (1962) with Dolores Hart. Cruickshank was most recently credited in "The Enfield Haunting" (2014-15). Cruickshank passed away in April 1988 at the age of 81.
