André Hennicke
Andre Hennicke was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Hennicke began his acting career with roles in such films as "Die Schauspielerin" (1988), the drama "Nights, Gambled Away" (1998) with Jasmin Tabatabai and "Schnee in der neujahrs-nacht" (2000) with Jürgen Tarrach. He also appeared in the Heinz Bennent dramatic adaptation "Kalt ist der Abendhauch" (2000) and "Der Alte Affe Angst" (2003). His film career continued throughout the early 2000s in productions like the dramatic adaptation "Downfall" (2005) with Bruno Ganz, the dramatic period piece "Sophie Scholl: The Final Days" (2006) with Julia Jentsch and "The Free Will" (2006). He also appeared in "Winterreise" (2006). More recently, he tackled roles in the Julie Delpy horror film "The Countess" (2008), "Jerichow" (2009) and the sci-fi feature "Pandorum" (2009) with Dennis Quaid. He also appeared in "Henry of Navarre" (2010) with Julien Boisselier and the Paul Arnstedt dramatic comedy "Die Entbehrlichen" (2010). Hennicke most recently acted in the crime thriller "Victoria" (2015) with Laia Costa.
