Alice Spivak

Alice Spivak was an actress who had a successful Hollywood career. In her early acting career, Spivak appeared in such films as the Warren Beatty dramatic adaptation "Lilith" (1964), the Tim Curry drama "Times Square" (1980) and the drama "Stardust Memories" (1980) with Woody Allen. She also appeared in the comedic adventure "The Muppets Take Manhattan" (1984) with Bruce Edward Hall and "Garbo Talks" (1984). She kept working in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, starring in the drama "Another Woman" (1988) with Gena Rowlands, "How to Be Louise" (1989) featuring Lea Floden and the Gene Wilder comedy adventure "See No Evil, Hear No Evil" (1989). She also appeared in "Privilege" (1991). In her more recent career, she continued to act in the Abe Vigoda fantastical comedy "Home of Angels" (1993), the Sarah Jessica Parker comedy "If Lucy Fell" (1996) and the drama "Find Me Guilty" (2006) with Vin Diesel. She also appeared in "Before the Devil Knows You're Dead" (2007) with Ethan Hawke. Most recently, Spivak acted on "The Americans" (FX, 2012-). Alice Spivak died on November 9, 2020 at the age of 85.
