Ali Afshar
Ali Afshar was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Afshar had an early acting career in film, appearing in such titles as the Matthew Broderick smash hit action picture "Godzilla" (1998), the action film "The Siege" (1998) with Denzel Washington and the George Clooney action flick "Three Kings" (1999). He worked in series television while getting his start in acting, including a part on "The King of Queens" (CBS, 1998-2007). In the early 2000s, Afshar worked on predominantly television shows such as "JKX: The Jamie Kennedy Experiment" (WB, 2001-04) and "The Agency" (CBS, 2001-03). He also starred in the TV movies "The President's Man: A Line in the Sand" (CBS, 2001) and "Homeland Security" (NBC, 2003-04). He also appeared in the Jennifer Aniston romantic comedy "He's Just Not That Into You" (2009). He also had a part in the TV miniseries "Political Animals" (2011-12). Afshar most recently produced the action movie "Born to Race" with Joseph Cross.
