Alexandra Bastedo
British actress Alexandra Bastedo played a variety of strong roles in Hollywood cinema. Bastedo began her career with roles in "The Champions" (NBC, 1967-68) and the Romy Schneider dramatic adaptation "My Lover, My Son" (1970). She then acted in "Odio A Mi Cuerpo" (1974), the horror flick "The Ghoul" (1975) with Peter Cushing and "Draw!" (HBO, 1983-84). She also appeared in "Absolutely Fabulous" (Comedy Central, 1993-97). Later in her career, Bastedo acted in the Christian Bale hit action picture "Batman Begins" (2005). Bastedo passed away in January 2014 at the age of 68.
