Aleksandr Bashirov
Alexander Bashirov was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. Early on in his acting career, Bashirov landed roles in various films, including the Tatiana Droubitch drama "Chernaja Roza - Emblema Pechali, Krasnaja Roza - Emblema Liubvi" (1990), "The Iron Heel of the Oligarchy" (1998) and the Oksana Akinshina adventure "Sestry" (2001). He also appeared in "Nikto Ne Znayet Pro Seks" (2006), "Piter-FM" (2006) and "Antidope" (2007). He continued to work steadily in film throughout the early 2000s, appearing in "Otets" (2007) with Aleksey Guskov, the Bogdan Stupka comedic drama "Two in One" (2007) and "2-ASSA-2" (2008). He also appeared in the crime drama "Cargo 200" (2009) with Aleksei Serebryakov, "Kakraki" (2009) and "Ljod. Saga o Chantach Jurgy" (2009). More recently, he continued to act in "Lopuhi" (2009), the Mikhail Tarabukin comedy adaptation "O, schastlivchik!" (2009) and the action comedy "Simpletons" (2009) with Sergei Pisarenko. He also appeared in the dramatic adventure "The Edge" (2010) with Vladimir Mashkov, "The Gift to Stalin" (2011) with Dalen Shintemirov and "Rzhevskiy Protiv Napoleona" (2012). Most recently, Bashirov acted in "Space Dogs 3D" (2012).
