When a fellow officer, Andy, exhibits strange behavior under stress, Jon and Ponch must solve the mystery. Andy is going blind because of a brain tumor and refuses to take time off. He carries a girl away from an exploding car and dies shortly afterwards. Meanwhile, Jon and Ponch play peacekeepers for two rival college fraternities.

As a Beller Airways jumbo jet is loading its passengers and baggage, a group of hijackers abort its takeoff and command the controls. Claiming to be members of an underground freedom fighting organization, they demand five million dollars and clear passage to Libya, or they will crash the plane and kill all the hostages. A decision is made by the ground authorities to call on the A-Team for help. Who else would they call?

Ponch's job is on the line when he is accused of brutality by a former juvenile delinquent. Ponch and Jon must put their recently acquired knowledge of handling toxic chemical spills to the test when a chemical tanker overturns.

The planet’s enslaved clone society unites with the fighting men of the Galactica in their desperate mission to destroy the weapon and the Cylon oppressors.
