In the 1990s, they, along with the rest of the world, are stunned to watch bloody wars and ethnic violence unfold in the former Yugoslavia. The homeland they left no longer exists as they once knew it. In gripping and at the same time sensitive images, the film sensitively approaches the artists and their work.
