Yield to the Night

Locked in her cell, a murderer named Mary Hilton (Diana Dors) reflects on the events that have led up to her to death row. The dominos began to fall when Mary met Jim Lancaster (Michael Craig), a piano player that she soon fancies. Jim leads Mary on, but he has strong feelings for Lucy Carpenter, a socialite who does not reciprocate his sentiments. Driven mad by Lucy, both Jim and Mary take extreme actions that in the end will see them both die.
