Various Artists - 50 Years of the Fender Stratocaster

A concert in support of the Nordoff-Robbins music therapy charity. The Strat pack celebrates 50 years of the Fender Stratocaster. Artists such as David Gilmour, Hank Marvin, Gary Moore, Paul Rodgers, Joe Walsh, Ronnie Wood, Brian May, The Crickets, Phil Manzanera and Amy Winehouse come together to herald a guitar that is now an icon of popular culture. No other guitar has so captured the imagination and artistry of a generations musicians and so enabled their individuality of expression. The concert was shot with 10 Hi def cameras including 1 jimmy jib and 3 dollies. The audio was recorded on 80 channels and mixed and edited at the Astoria Studio in Hampton.
