When a crooked businessman tricks a Native American tribe into stopping work on the first transcontinental telegraph line they are building, a hero is needed to stop the injustice. In rides John Wayne as John Trent, a tough Calvary scout who will stop at nothing to save the tribe and complete the telegraph. The Telegraph Trail was one of an amazing eleven films that "The Duke" filmed in 1933, including Somewhere In Sonora and The Man From Monterey.
