The Sophomore from Washington

In 1970, the legendary undefeated Iowa State wrestler Dan Gable lost his final intercollegiate match to Larry Owings, an unknown from the University of Washington. Gable went on to achieve Olympic Gold. Owings faded into obscurity. This is his story.
