After killing Sara Leigh's brother and father in cold blood, Millard Findlemeyer is sentenced to death by electrocution. Seeking revenge, Millard's mother sends a deadly concoction of her son's ashes mixed with gingerbread seasoning to the Leigh Family Bakery. Sara and fellow employee Brick decide to test the new batch and mold one 12" cookie. When a careless accident sends Brick's blood splattering into this deadly mixture, Millard's spirit possesses the cookie and all hell breaks loose. The Gingerdead Man kills his way around Sara Leigh's bakery, slicing, cutting, stabbing, shooting and terrorizing all who enter. He even takes on rival bakery owner Jimmy Dean and his daughter Lorna, Miss Pretty Face of Waco, Texas. Nobody is safe in this bakery!
