Technology of War: Ground Forces

In a remote part of the World, an unmanned aircraft flies undetected over a small village, believed to be a terrorist stronghold. Using advanced sensors, the UAV scans the terrain. Images are beamed simultaneously via global satellite to the US forward command post, to a network command and control vehicle 15 km away, as well as central command thousands of km away. A battle plan is drawn.
