Susan Slade

A pregnant teen allows her mother to pass the baby off as her own in this melodrama. Connie Stevens stars as Susan Slade, a naïve 17-year-old who gets pregnant by a climber who later dies, forcing her parents to take her to Guatemala to bear the child. Upon the family's return to San Francisco, Susan's mother pretends that the child is hers, but Susan must soon admit the truth to her two suitors.
