Patayin Sa Sindak Si Barbara

The responsible and selfless Barbara (Lorna Tolentino) is a woman who loves her little sister Ruth (Dawn Zulueta) deeply -- and because of this love, Barbara constantly gives in to her sister's every whim. But as years go by, Ruth grows terribly spoiled that she even demands Barbara to give up her long-time boyfriend, Nick (Tonton Guitierrez) to her. Being the altruistic sister, Barbara relinquishes the one man she truly loved and flees the country for Ruth and Nick's marriage. After a couple of years, Barbara receives the dreadful news of her sister's mysterious suicide and rushes home to take care of everything that Ruth left behind. However, as Barbara gets closer to the truth surrounding her sister's death, horrifying events begin to take place -- as if Ruth's disturbed spirit is determined to kill poor Barbara.
