Born in war-torn Belgrade, Serbia, Djokovic developed his skills in some of the harshest conditions imaginable. However, regardless of his many achievements, in recent weeks Djokovic has been thrown into a publicity storm over his rejected travel visa for the Australian Open. Unvaccinated he finds himself caught in a political whirlwind that could ultimately end his career.
