Myanmar: The Forgotten Revolution
For fifty years Myanmar has been run by its army. After a brief experiment with democracy they’ve again seized power... this time in a coup by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing. Since the coup, almost 20,000 people have reportedly been killed as the military cracks down on dissent. For over a year we’ve worked with a network of local journalists who’ve risked their lives to secretly document the army’s brutal repression.
