An estimated 15 million malicious calls are made in Britain every year, with over 400,000 people annually turning to British Telecom's Nuisance Calls Bureaux for help. Inside Story was given unprecedented access into this high-tech world of call tracing. The team spent a month working with 16 investigators tracking down phone pests, one of whom actually attacked his victim.
