In the future, after the worldwide plague called "the Maelstrom", the revived world is divided into several smaller states, and each state is controlled by its "admedistration". The whole world becomes a super-medicine society; is accordingly in the endless pursuit of health and emphasizes the importance of social harmony. In this world full of mutual consideration and kindness just like a false utopia, one young girl considers how to fight against it every day.
