Globe Trekker - Malaysia and Southern Thailand

Modern Malaysia is a vibrant mix of different cultures - Malay, Chinese, Indian, and indigenous people. It has some of the oldest rainforests on the planet, bordered by the beautiful beaches of Southern Thailand. Justine Shapiro begins in Kuala Lumpur, travels to the jungles of the Temenggor, and east to Kota Bharu, before flying back to Kuala Lumpur and traveling by train to Phuket in Thailand.
