Foo Fighters: One Less Hero
From a one-man project to an international sensation, Foo Fighters are the epitome of hard rock. Over the course of their illustrious career, Foo Fighters have won 12 Grammy Awards, including Best Rock Album four times. After almost three decades of success every came to a screeching halt on March 25th 2022. Concerns about long-term drummer Taylor Hawkins’ health first arose on Friday night when he began complaining of chest pains prior to the band's headline performance at the Estereo Picnic Festival in Bogota. His condition deteriorated quickly and efforts to revive him by a private doctor and city emergency responders failed. The incredible career of the Foo Fighters hasn’t been an easy one. Despite the struggles the band has continued to work through it and return to the stage with hit after hit. After the sudden and tragic death of Taylor Hawkins there is a lot of uncertainty about the future of the band but if the legacy of the Foo Fighters has proven anything it’s that the group can grow and evolve… and the show must go on.
