A night in the life of a Toronto sex worker and her Cuban-refugee driver after she discovers the death of her mother. Now she has one night to earn enough to stop her mother's house from being repossessed and return home to claim her daughter before her religious aunt hands her over to Children's Aid. But to do so she must convince her driver to help her, even though they despise one another.
