Fire at the Lake

French farmer Felix returns home from guarding his cows in the pasture to find his elderly mother lying unconscious in bed. Curiously, instead of contacting the authorities, he drives several miles away to meet up with an attractive young man who contacted him on a dating app. Fire at the Lake is a mysterious, sexually-charged short film from writer-director Pierre Menahem.
