Fando y Lis

Fando (Sergio Kleiner) and Lis (Diana Mariscal), a young couple, travel to the imaginary kingdom of Tar, where fantasy becomes reality and troubles supposedly disappear. Lis, a paralytic, is carried or pulled along on a cart by the impotent Fando, who alternately tortures and protects her. During their journey, they encounter many strange people on the way to Tar, as they remember the suffering of their early childhoods: Fando recalls his parents' deaths, and Lis remembers her terrifying experiences with some evil show people.
