Desert Migration

In the mid-1990s, many HIV positive men migrated to California's Palm Springs in the hope of finding a healing desert oasis. While they found a tolerant community & a supportive environment, they also suffered grief owing to AIDS-related deaths around them. On a daily basis they live with HIV symptoms & also side-effects of their medications. This film depicts their ambivalent perspective on life.
