Ty is a successful industrial architect with a beautiful wife, an amazing penthouse apartment, and a devoted assistant, who manages his life’s every detail. But, lately, Ty has the feeling that there’s more to life than designing multi-million dollar skyscrapers in Dubai. He wants to experience nature — before it is paved over. And who better to guide him than his former college roommate, Nick Youngblood, who leads a more modest life as a game warden. Nick hasn’t seen Ty in ten years and jumps at the chance to take him grouse hunting. But Nick doesn’t count on things getting out of control their first day on the hunt. Briefly out of Nick’s sight, Ty ventures off the beaten path and discovers a secret so hidden and valuable that those guarding it are willing to hunt Ty down before he can escape back to civilization. Unarmed and separated from Nick, Ty’s questionable survival instincts are put to their ultimate test as he battles a corrupt sheriff and his crew trying to protect their get-rich-quick scheme at all costs.
