Christmas Freak

What if it was Christmas every day? It is for Rudy. And that’s the problem. Rudy is a Christmas Freak. Rudy celebrates Christmas every day. For Rudy, Christmas is the greatest, most perfect achievement in human history. He thinks keeping Christmas alive all year is really cool. But is it? Rudy has no friends. The closest thing he has to a friend is an old homeless man who is always hanging around for some reason. He also has a little dog named Prancer and a domineering mother who processes her therapy with Rudy over the phone. She blames him for his father leaving on Christmas day when Rudy was a child. One day, Rudy finds a magic scarf and becomes the cool guy he always dreamed he could be. But when his co-worker Clarice reveals her secret crush on him, Rudy doesn’t know how to handle having a friend and pushes her away. With the help of his hilarious and sassy guardian angel, Rudy learns that if he wants to be cool, he just has to be himself. And to be himself he must discover why Christmas is so important to him.
